Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Create technical solutions for Web, Mobile and API test automation
  • Create Simple, scalable and reusable automation frameworks
  • Learn and adapt to customer’s technology stack, research and provide consulting w.r.t the technical solution
  • Train team members in using the technical solutions (newly created or pre-existing) in the project
  • Create utilities to optimize the automation activities including - scripting, execution, analysis, reporting, etc
  • Work on varied technical challenges across projects and provide immediate as well as long term solutions to these. Skills

Responsibilities

    As a Training Lead
  • Understand the technical training needs of employees based on their roles, responsibilities, years of experience and career levels and drive continuous learning and development programs for all levels in the organization.
  • Liaison with delivery leaders, product feature owners to develop customized training programs best suited to their needs.
  • Publish annual and quarterly training calendars based on the needs identified.
  • Co-ordinate with training participants and trainer while arranging for trainings, send out invites/reminders, collect attendance and feedback for the training program.
  • Evaluate results of training programs through pre-post training assessments and determine its overall effectiveness.
  • Create training syllabus and schedule for freshers in their Final Year of college so they are ready to be deployed when onboarded.
