Senior Engineer QA (Manual)

Mandatory Skills

  • Candidate should have work experience of capital markets related to the depository side preferable candidates who have worked at DP (Depository Participant) end
  • Candidate should have experience of working on SQL
  • Must be customer focused, collaborative, eager to learn and passionate about delivering business value in a timely manner
  • Strong background knowledge and hands-on experience on manual testing concepts, test case design techniques, SDLC models, Defect life cycle, etc

Summary

  • Responsibility of test lead is to effectively lead a team of testers to meet the product goals and thereby achieving the organization goals that are derived.
  • Total exp 6 - 8 yrs in testing and leading a team of Manual, Automation and Performance testers.

Mandatory Skills

  • Single point contact (SPOC) between on site and offshore team along with Overall testing ownership for assigned applications
  • Experience in technically leading QA projects which includes managing of Functional, Automation & Performance testing initiatives in Agile way
  • In-dept knowhow of QA Processes, Strong testing fundamentals and Test Case Automation Readiness preparation
  • Estimate and obtain management support for the scope, schedule & maintain quality parameter of applications under test
  • Publishing a clear and concise statistical and metric-based reporting of testing progress including reports and dashboards :

Responsibilities

    As a Training Lead
  • Understand the technical training needs of employees based on their roles, responsibilities, years of experience and career levels and drive continuous learning and development programs for all levels in the organization.
  • Liaison with delivery leaders, product feature owners to develop customized training programs best suited to their needs.
  • Publish annual and quarterly training calendars based on the needs identified.
  • Co-ordinate with training participants and trainer while arranging for trainings, send out invites/reminders, collect attendance and feedback for the training program.
