The first step towards providing solutions to the customers is conducting the “Brown Bag” sessions. The Brown-bag sessions are aimed at increasing the awareness about IBM/ HP Mercury’s Best Practices and Methodologies. These are designed to give you the perfect fit in the programs on Continuous Education for technical teams of the software development organizations.
This is the stage where we invest and our client benefits.

In the second stage we invest our resources to conduct demos and time bound Proof of Concepts (POC) on the prospective solutions to the requirements and problems of the clients.
This results into investments by the clients for the product solution.

At the third stage as the client acquires the product solution we enter into a partnership and here starts the process of imparting the education and extending the consultancy on the solution by us.

As we move ahead together the partnership grows and the development of knowledge and expertise of the client results into the building up of a Center of Excellence (COE) at the Client end. This in-house COE is a dedicated division involved completely in Research and Development activities.
