According to the terms of this license agreement, the user fully understands and expressly agrees that the use of ZenSOFT Services Pvt.Ltd.’s products and services are at the user’s sole risk, and that the user will be solely responsible for any damage to his/her computer system or loss of data resulting from the use of such product(s), service(s) and/or data. ZenSOFT Services Pvt.Ltd.’s products are intended for use at user’s own discretion and therefore cannot be reproduced or redistributed without prior written agreement with ZenSOFT Services Pvt.Ltd. Source code is considered property of ZenSOFT Services Pvt.Ltd. unless other is negotiated and agreed upon in written form.
The user understands and agrees that ZenSOFT Services Pvt.Ltd.’s products and services are provided "AS IS", therefore, ZenSOFT Services Pvt.Ltd. disclaims all warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
