ZenSOFT Services has a pool of Certified, trained and capable personel who can be engaged as per the following engagement models:

Time & Material

In this type of Engagement Model the quotations (charges for each resource) are based on:

• Hours of Work done.
• The Skill level of the Resource assigned for a particular task.

Fixed Price

In this type of Engagement Model after perusal of the project, a fixed price for the complete project is quoted. The quotations are based on estimating the man-power requirements depending up on the required man-days. The Project Management is then owned by ZenSOFT.

Monthly Billing

In this type of Engagement Model longer durations of time are considered for a particular number of resource(s).

Location

The location of work for a particular project can be mutually decided. Following options can be considered:

• Onsite: Here the Client has to provide the test setup at the client site.
• Offshore: Here the test setup can be totally simulated at our office for in house execution by our resources. However at times onsite presence for coordination may be required.
